PMU Artist को Client Consultation में किन बातों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए?

PMU (Permanent Makeup) Artist के लिए Client Consultation सबसे जरूरी steps में से एक है। PMU treatment शुरू करने से पहले client की expectations, skin condition, medical history, previous procedures और desired look को समझना जरूरी होता है। अच्छी consultation से client को सही information मिलती है और treatment को लेकर misunderstandings भी कम होती हैं।

1. Client की जरूरत और Expectations समझें

सबसे पहले client से पूछें कि वह PMU क्यों करवाना चाहता है और उसे किस तरह का result चाहिए। जैसे:

Natural look चाहिए या defined look?

Shape में क्या बदलाव चाहते हैं?

Colour कितना subtle या bold चाहिए?

पहले कोई PMU treatment कराया है या नहीं?

Client की expectation को ध्यान से समझना जरूरी है, क्योंकि हर client के लिए एक जैसा result suitable नहीं होता।

2. Skin Type और Skin Condition Check करें

PMU Artist को treatment से पहले client की skin को ध्यान से assess करना चाहिए।जैसे:

Skin oily है या dry?

Skin sensitive है या नहीं?

Active acne, irritation या infection तो नहीं?

कोई wound या inflammation तो नहीं?

Skin की condition के अनुसार treatment की suitability और technique तय करने में मदद मिलती है।

3. Previous PMU के बारे में पूछें

अगर client ने पहले eyebrow, lip या किसी अन्य area में PMU कराया है, तो उसकी जानकारी जरूर लें।

Previous procedure कब कराया था?

कौन-सी technique इस्तेमाल हुई थी?

Pigment या colour कैसा था?

कोई complication या unwanted reaction हुआ था?

क्या पुराने pigment को remove या correct करने की जरूरत है?

4. Relevant Medical & Allergy History पूछें

Consultation के दौरान client से relevant health information और allergies के बारे में पूछना चाहिए। खासकर ऐसी conditions, medications या allergies जो procedure की safety को प्रभावित कर सकती हों। अगर client की medical history को लेकर कोई concern हो, तो treatment करने की जल्दबाजी न करें और जरूरत पड़ने पर qualified healthcare professional से clearance लेने की सलाह दें।

5. Contraindications को समझें

हर client PMU के लिए suitable नहीं होता। Artist को अपनी training के अनुसार contraindications की जानकारी होनी चाहिए और ऐसी स्थिति में procedure postpone या avoid करना चाहिए। महत्वपूर्ण: PMU Artist को medical diagnosis नहीं करना चाहिए। किसी medical condition को लेकर doubt होने पर qualified medical professional की सलाह लेना बेहतर है।

6. सही Shape और Design Discuss करें

Eyebrow PMU में shape बहुत important होती है। Client के face structure और natural features को ध्यान में रखते हुए design discuss करें।Treatment से पहले:

Brow shape

Thickness

Arch

Symmetry

Overall look

को client के साथ clearly discuss करें। Final design पर client की approval लेना जरूरी है।

7. Colour Selection Carefully करें

PMU में pigment colour चुनते समय client की natural features और desired result को ध्यान में रखना चाहिए। Skin tone, undertone, existing pigment और desired look को देखकर suitable shade discuss करें। Client को यह भी समझाएं कि healing के दौरान colour की appearance बदल सकती है।

8. Procedure और Healing Process समझाएं

Client को treatment शुरू करने से पहले पूरी process की basic जानकारी दें। उन्हें बताएं:

Procedure में कितना समय लग सकता है

Treatment के दौरान क्या महसूस हो सकता है

शुरुआती दिनों में appearance कैसी हो सकती है

Healing के दौरान colour में बदलाव हो सकता है

Final healed result तुरंत दिखाई नहीं देता

इससे client realistic expectations रख पाता है।

9. Aftercare Clearly बताएं

PMU के बाद proper aftercare result और healing के लिए important है। Client को written या clearly explained aftercare instructions देना चाहिए। उन्हें बताएं कि:

Area को कैसे clean रखना है

किन products को avoid करना है

Excessive touching या scratching से बचना है

Healing period में किन activities से बचना पड़ सकता है

कब follow-up करना है

10. Risks और Possible Reactions के बारे में बताएं

Consultation में सिर्फ benefits बताना पर्याप्त नहीं है। Client को possible risks और complications के बारे में भी clearly inform करना चाहिए।उदाहरण के लिए: Temporary redness

Swelling

Irritation

Pigment changes

Allergic reaction

Infection का risk

Uneven healing

अगर कोई unusual reaction दिखाई दे, तो client को appropriate medical advice लेने के लिए guide करें।

11. Consent जरूर लें

Procedure शुरू करने से पहले client की informed consent लेना जरूरी है। Client को treatment, expected result, risks, aftercare और possible limitations के बारे में समझने का पर्याप्त मौका मिलना चाहिए। Consent form और client records को properly maintain करना भी professional practice का हिस्सा है।

12. Before & After Photos के लिए Permission लें

PMU Artist portfolio और client records के लिए before-and-after photos useful हो सकती हैं। लेकिन photos लेने या social media पर share करने से पहले client की clear permission जरूर लें।
